I looked at other flat fee MLS companies and they wanted to charge for every little change to the listing or for providing very necessary contracts. Ledgewood Realty is truly a flat fee company. Flat Fee is the way to go, I would never waste money on a full service agent after seeing how easy it is this way. Getting on MLS and some help with minor questions was all we needed. We showed our house a dozen times in two weeks then got two offers for full asking price!!

I am very happy with the decision to list my home with Ledgewood Realty. I got exactly what I needed - a listing on the MLS, various forms associated with negotiating a contract, and a yard sign - without having to pay for things I didn't need.
