I was able to get a contract for full price on my home within 30 days of listing. I looked at other flat fee MLS companies and they wanted to charge for every little change to the listing or for providing very necessary contracts. Ledgewood Realty is truly a flat fee company. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Ledgewood Realty. As a real estate investment company, we handle virtually all steps in the sales transaction which makes it very cost-ineffective to pay a 6% commission for a conventional listing. With Ledgewood Realty we have gotten the market exposure we need at a fraction of the cost. And in comparison to other discount listing companies, I have found that Ledgewood Realty is either more affordable, more responsive, or both. They have always been quick to setup my listings, make changes as needed, and pass on any correspondence from prospective buyers that has come their way.

I am very happy with the decision to list my home with Ledgewood Realty. I got exactly what I needed - a listing on the MLS, various forms associated with negotiating a contract, and a yard sign - without having to pay for things I didn't need. We had 4-6 showings a week in the middle of a very slow real estate market and sold our house within 2 months.
