We'll get your listing into highly trafficked Web sites and Internet portals that don't draw data directly from the MLS. And your yard sign, promotional flyer and other marketing materials will instruct buyer buyers to call you directly. Finally, your listing will get significant exposure among both agents and their clients - simply by virtue of the fact that it's in the MLS. The MLS provides data feeds to a tremendous number of local and nation real estate Web sites.

Service and Support
When you list with Ledgewood Realty, you'll receive a strong level of service and support. We won't charge you extra for making a change to your price or some other property feature. And we're open seven days a week.

Licensed Agents
There are a number of national companies that have cobbled together networks of local agents to provide flat fee MLS listings. These companies employ non-licensed individuals to simply refer home sellers to a wide range of local agents. The home sellers normally pay their listing fees before they even know whom they're dealing with. When you call Ledgewood Realty, you'll speak to the agent who will actually list your house.

Substantial Savings
Compare our pricing to listing your home the conventional way. We think you'll find that we offer substantial savings. Traditional Realtors usually charge 2-3% to list your home, plus an additional 2-3% offered to the buyer's agent. When you list with us, you'll therefore save 3-6% of the sale value at closing - depending on commissions offered and whether a buyer's agent is involved.
