Finally, your listing will get significant exposure among both agents and their clients - simply by virtue of the fact that it's in the MLS. Service and Support

These companies employ non-licensed individuals to simply refer home sellers to a wide range of local agents. The home sellers normally pay their listing fees before they even know whom they're dealing with. When you call Ledgewood Realty, you'll speak to the agent who will actually list your house.
Substantial Savings
Compare our pricing to listing your home the conventional way. We think you'll find that we offer substantial savings. Traditional Realtors usually charge 2-3% to list your home, plus an additional 2-3% offered to the buyer's agent. When you list with us, you'll
therefore save 3-6% of the sale value at closing - depending on commissions offered and whether a buyer's agent is involved.
